Very comfortable, much better than solid foam and I can really feel the difference on my neck. I sleep side and back, works for both. You pay for what you get, it’s a great quality pillow. I took it in the hospital with me because i can't sleep on any other pillow, and now i just purchased it for my toddler and she loves it too. With the extra filling i made her a little pillow for daycare too. I love it that is adjustable, and you can make it the way it's comfortable for you.
